  • Yay! I got a day off today... what did I do?

Absolutely nothing much really. I went to the mall, walked around a
bit. Went into Chapters, read a book that wasted about 3 hours. Went to
EB and returned Bloodrayne 2, since I couldn't install it.

I have been absolutely fricking bored this week. Honestly, I have been sleeping for the most part. Why?
    1) I've been drained for the past week waking up at early hours, working non-stop on the computer.
    2) CoderMike, RacerSteve, Dave have all been busy.

I received an email from Jenn a few days ago, and I honestly wouldn't
of even known that she sent it, since it was in my MSN messenger
Hotmail account that I rarely check due to the enmasse amounts of spam
that I get. But she did. I didn't respond back but a few days later,
    she called my cell.

    Jenn: Is Vx there?
    Vx: This is he.
Jenn: Hi it's Jenn, I left a message on your answering machine a few days ago, but you never called me back.
Vx: Didn't you read your MSN Messenger saying that because my floors
were being sanded that I was going to be out of the house and to call
    my cell?
Jenn: Oh, I never pay any attention to Messenger. So the gathering
starts at: 8pm tonight, you don't have to bring anything there will be
    booze and some appettizers...
Vx: Well, I'll have to see I have to get the stuff moved back into the house.

    Well, that explains things....

So, I got a card and signed it, etc and dropped it off at his house and
low and behold, Jenn was there... and her friend Trish. Trish and I
went to high school together, small world it is. So we started to
remenise about this person and that.  I've learned that 2 people
aren't speaking to each other. The one person that I thought had a
child, didn't.  One was gay (which I knew about). Another was a
Lesbian and had a relationship with another woman whom I know really
well, (which I personally don't think happened) but was disowned and
    now married a man.

Jenn then gets a call from her sister and her sister had a dream about
Jenn, saying that she dreamt that Jenn was having twins. Jenn in her
    'pseudo-psychobabal' said:

Jenn: "Well, it means that that person knows someone that is pregnant"
    Vx: "What is she pregnant?"
Jenn: "I'd kill her if she was"
Vx: "Why? Because she beat you too it?"
Jenn: "Well, I expect to become pregnant in nine months"

I just raised an eyebrow and shook my head.

Then there was a whole conversation while I'm standing there about how
her dress size is just right, and not a size bigger, how in high school
    she was 120lbs, and now she's 130... I stopped myself before I
commented on how she could become bulemic (That just would of been
    mean.)

Then of course the conversation came up about if I had a girlfriend or not. Of course I didn't.

Jenn: Well, you know you'd have to live by yourself first and that's a big change
Vx: I've lived by myself, I'm just looking for an apartment now
Trish: Ya, it's hard to find a good apartment, it's almost better to mortgage
Jenn: If you know you will be sticking around town
Vx: Ya, if I am sticking around town.
Jenn: Well, you'll have to come to Dave's gathering tonight then I'm
sure they're will be some single people. We'll go to Zehrs and ask
people if they are single and invite them.
I just laughed and thought: "Fuck off."

Honestly, if you don't know anyone, that's fine... I don't care... But,
don't patronize me. Don't go out of your way to put me down, because I
    haven't found anyone yet.

So, I'm not going. That's not the atmosphere I really want to be in.
Let's put it this way. Now I kinda know why I get invited to these
things... I feel like I've been invited to Magicbeanstalk's friend, Queen party where
its a few hours long of people getting drunk, saying how great they
are, that they have someone and meanwhile, I'm making small talk with a
few people, run out of things to say, get wasted and end up in the
corner kicking a plant because it gave me attitude, all the while
people are with someone and I'm the odd man out.

I haven't been to a gathering there since last Christmas where I
brought over $200 worth of wine and other desert wines... and it was
fun to a point. But, I was the ONLY one that did not have someone. I'd
rather sit at home and have a drink then be the laugh of the party,
    especially at that party.

Breathe in and out... that's better.

So, after that fun hour... I wandered around the mall, went to Best
Buy, Staples, Future Shop and then went to Kelesey's had dinner,
chatted with the many waitress' that I knew there and saw: Transporter
    2. Good movie, well done car scenes, martial arts fighting, etc. You
know there is going to be a third one... You just know it.

I can't even remember the trailers, but there were some good ones...

Thus, I am back here at my grandparents because the floors were screwed
up and it will be a few more days of waiting. Fun stuff...

Anyone want to do anything? Really, I'm free tonight. Pool, drinks,
lounging, just call my cell: 519-8X$-#%%^..... darn batteries are dead ;)

  • It's mornings like this that I wish I drank coffee.... uggg

Here's the reason why Titus was cancelled: http://torontosun.canoe.ca/Entertainment/Columnists/Kirkland_Bruce/2005/07/23/1143896.html

I just finished watching Season 3 again hehe, only because I've seen it
all about 3 or 4 times and it still makes me laugh. Also, Season 3 will
be released on DVD - January 2006... I can hardly wait!

This morning at work, waking up at 5am to get to work for 7am, in which
I arrived at work at 6:30am.. I might of been speeding a bit but the
drive into work and back home is usually a blur to me and I don't
really pay attention, unless someone has their lights on behind me that
are really frickin' bright, like those UV purplish-blue lights that are
100 times brighter than normal white lights... Then you have those
SUV's that the lights are right at rear-view mirror level... and don't
even get me started on the Ghost police cars... opps I've said too much
    already ;)

Just kidding lol... no seriously, watch out for those Ghost cars... fun
to race side by side at a stop light, but remember, they are really
    poor sports when they loose.

I swear, it's all about timing. Hey, as long as you laugh at some point
in time, just knowing that you did makes my life just a little more
meningful ;) ok, ok... now, I'm just being sappy.

Just to let you all know that I'm at my semi-place of residence for
this week... I'm at Gram's and Gramps :) Great place to crash and they
enjoy my company, which is always good. Plus, they cook authentic food
and I fix their computers. It's win - win, with no ties and no overtime.

Reason is, the place I'm living at now the floors are getting sanded
and poly-eurothaned for the next two days and I'm going to be without
my personal computer... *sigh* The sacrificies one makes for home
    improvements...

That and the fact that I'll be without WoW for a week... AHHHHHHH ...
lol, just kidding.. I needed a break anyhow... I have JJ class this
    wednesday, it's all good.

Night all, don't worry, I'll post if something else comes up, this isn't the end of the world.

Oh, Numfar... question for you, what does RYC mean?

  • I hate games...

Well, the mind-game types of games that insecure people play on others to make themselves feel better, etc etc...

Got a message at work, from Jenn.

Jist of it was, they wanted me to have drinks with them on Friday and Saturday.
So I asked the most logical questions I could think of: Where is it being held and at what time?

Jenn didn't know where they were having drinks or where they were
having them at, but they (she) wanted me to attend. But, she wanted me
to call them this weekend to get the times.

I said that I was moving furniture and such because we were getting the
floors sanded and that I would have my cell phone on my at all times
and that they could give me a call when they had their plans finalized
and proceeded to give my cell phone number to her.

She said that if they forgot in the next few days that I should call them.

Really... If you really wanted me to attend your gathering, then why
not oh, I don't know confirm with the person that you invited? I
honestly don't need this shit. Get off your lazy ass and do something.
Pick up a phone, call the person that you really want to talk to and
invite them. Don't use MSN Messenger. Have the common decency to call
    that person.

It's amazing how far technology has brought us, and yet it still
separates us from the manners that you were taught as a little child.

    *sighs*

So, I didn't hold my breathe (as you may have noticed) and didn't wait
for their call, nor did I call them. I'm sure they had a great time and
I'm sure one of these days that I will be invited over the phone. From
now on, I just won't acknowledge her MSN messenger messages until I get
a phone call from her (I mean them) ahh, you know what I mean.

DVD catchup.... 'Are my eyes bleeding? No. Good then I can still watch DVD's :) '

I finished watching a few DVD's today... between that, taking a break from WoW and just relaxing in general it was a good day.

I finished watching the hit TV series that was cancelled for pushing
the envelope too far... that show was called 'Titus'.  If you read
back far enough I'm sure I've used quotes from the show once or twice.
Either way it was pulled because it touched upon real-life issues,
Alcoholism, Smoking, Drugs, Sex, Physical Abuse, Cheating, etc etc...
    and it was funny too.

I mean if you can't laugh at a quote: "Once you've driven your drunk father to your mom's parole hearing... What else is there?'
Then 1) you have no funny bone... or 2) I have a REALLY warped sense of
humour.... I'm thinking more of the latter than anything else. No
offense you #1's out there. Good.

So yes, it was a combination of Seasons 1 and 2 and unfortnately there
wasn't as much commentary as I would have liked. Plus the fact that it
was the #1 rated series premier show in Fox's History next to the
Simpsons. It was pulled because it pushed the boundaries... and yet we
have an excessive amount of 'Reality' TV out there... where's the
    justice in that!

But, I have to work early tomorrow morning... 7am days.. ugg...

  • Vacation, life and love?

You could use a long vacation - Magicbeanstalk

It's true. I could use a vacation, a week or two, forget my worries and
enjoy my life somewhere warm, on a beach and just relax. My father is
planing a trip to Austraila for a month this year.  In the past
three years he's been to New Zealand, Egypt, and now Austraila.
That's something I could look forward too. At the age of 56, he's been
to more countries around the world. He's successful, smart, great
    golfer and a great cook.

At least I have maybe 2 outta those 4... The Golfer, and the cook... ok, ok, I'll toss in smart as well :)

But, success hasn't found its way towards me yet.  I've been
bouncing around in contract jobs to contract jobs these last five
years. I think I have a solid job now... But, it's the auto industry, I
have no idea how long that will last...

    Vacation,
I haven't been on one since Nova Scotia last year... I guess you could
count that weekend in the T.Dot as a mini-vacation, which was nice as
well.. but my last serious vacation where I actually went somewhere was
St. Martin in '97 for two weeks. Now that was a beautiful area to sit
and do nothing... Sun, sand, surf, nudist beaches filled with 50 year
old German couples.... *shudder*, great if not amazing cuisine, alcohol
was at 150% proof... Both Dutch and French boundries on the island,
    etc, etc...

    Life and Love;
I went out with Dave and his brother Andrew for lunch about a week
ago.  It was the best time that I've had with Dave since he got
together with Jenn.  We went to our Jose's (the one where we were
nearly arrested, I think I've told you all about that story in one of
my posts) He was joking around, Andrew was a clown as always and it
truly reminded me of the good ol' days. It was nice and put a smile on
    my face.

Dave: So are you seeing anyone yet?
Vx: You know you're misses askes me the same question everytime we talk. I always ask if she has anyone in mind and she says no.
Dave: well she's no longer working at the restaurant
Vx: She's been asking me this question for the last 5 years that you
two have been together. If I found someone, Dave, you'd be the first to
    know *smile*
Andrew: Ya well she hasn't done anything for me at all
Vx: <really fake scottish accent> Ack! Me lad, ye do'nae need her
    help! For God's sake, y'ere a <insert last name here>!
    Dave and Andrew laughed.

    It was a good time.

    Love,
"If you stop looking, the right person will come along", "It's not you,
it's me", "you're just too short for me", "You're just a really good
    friend"

I've heard these lines SO many times that I know when they are going to
be said to me... call me a date-rejected telepath... I mean for me, I'm
not looking for sex. If I can find one person, just one, that I can
have a meaningful conversation with, enjoy their company than the
physical aspect of sex, will eventually come along. It's what I've
always believed. Yet, I feel that I'm stuck in the stigma that everyone
out there is a clone, whenever I go to the bars, all the women I see
are all with guys that they can look up into their eyes, that have no
hair on their bodies whatsoever and are all big muscled tools, for lack
    of a better word.

So, I wait, maybe I should do the whole, blind date bit, or video
dating thing just to spice things up... then again.. maybe not....

  • Ohhhh... weekly posting

Well, I know last week was pretty bad for me and I apologize for not
updating <Insert same old story here>... blah blah blah...

I'm on afternoons this week, yesterday was slow, one phone call and
nothing else happened.  You know you are bored at work when
submitting your shift report you include that you plan on sleeping when
you get home after you have a strong Crown and Coke drinnk lol...

    *sigh*

Saw the movie, '40 Year old virgin' on Saturday with CoderMike
(surprise, surprise... I know :) ) It was hilarious, I mean better than
Wedding Crashers, or at least very similar.  The humour wasn't
over the top trying to make you laugh, but it had many moments that I
couldn't breathe that I was laughing so hard.  But it had a
message behind it too. "It's ok to wait for sex".  I mean it
wasn't that blantant saying that you should wait for sex, it definitely
didn't come across as a saturday morning kids movie on TV.

It's a definite must see if you happen to want to laugh and take some time for yourself or with a friend, loved one, etc.

    The laughs keep on coming

I also picked up Shaolin Soccer by Stephen Chow.  Now, this was a
movie that I knew about a few years ago, I just didn't get to watch it
because it was a limited released in the US type movie. But ever since
Stephen Chow's Kung Fu Hustle (see a previous posting of mine) came out
and did really well at the box office they decided to release his
Soccer movie. Surprisingly not many people, critics or otherwise like
his style in directing where they say his wire rigs and CG cartoony
style of directing is sometimes over the top. I could see if his movies
were of a serious action-type with drama, etc in it that it would be.
But, his style is Comedy with Honour, redemption and understanding all
    rolled into one.

    Fore! It's Golf time

I live in a small town now, been here for about 15 years methinks at
last count... Well, A friend of mine, probably the only one I have in
this small town, recently came back into town after going to University
up in Ottawa.  So, being the person I am, invited him to play golf
with me. He did and we played the Old Course at Seven Lakes.

It was good to play with a friend that I hadn't seen in about 10 years,
honestly and truly.  We chatted about everything, sports, golf,
his life, my life, etc. Plus, he can play golf.. better than CoderMike,
    which is a relief lol...

So, he's going to get Tiger tickets, and we'll go one of these days/weeks. Should be fun :)

    JJ...

Good god, I'm out of shape physically... I need to get to the gym :(

I hate the fact that I miss classes and I just feel out of sync with
the rest of the class... It's good to practise solo, but its easier to
    practise with someone...

I know testing will be arriving soon, I'm sure I'll be ready for it.. At least my backwards rolls are alot better...

  • Uh oh... someone has the case of the Mondays!

Usually I don't fall into the trends of days that particularly bother
me to the point of constantly lothe-ing them... But today was an
exception! Oh indeed it was an exception...

My day started out good, woke up (always a good thing), showered (also
a good thing), ate (again, good thing... see things are going good...
almost too good)... and then drove into work...

Got to work and immediately got a call, even before I was able to crack
open my morning bottle o' freshly purchased/distilled water. (I don't
drink coffee... I'm thinking I should start :S) The call went as
    followed:

Supervisor: <lots of noise in the background> Ya, Section H printer is down...
Vx: Ok... what's wrong with it.... any error messages?
    Supervisor: Ya, No Ribbon...
    Vx: Did you check..
Supervisor: Ya there's ribbon in it... look I need it to get fixed...
Vx: Not a problem, did you submit a work-order?
    Supervisor: What I need a work-order for this? That's bullshit I don't
have time for that just get it fixed <click, he hung up>

Talked to my boss, Steve.... he sits not 5' from me, I meassured, trust me I know lol/..

Vx: Well that was Jerry, section H printer is down
Steve: Did he fill out a work order?
Vx: Nope, I was going to take a look at it anyhow
Steve: Ya take a look at it and get back to me

A few hours later, several scratches, one broken phone clip (I had to
catch a falling 75lb printer it hit my phone.... phone still works
though)... I found out the problem was the pullies in the back didn't
break, but the middle cog that was driving the labels forward to be
printed had broken... I replaced it and checked my email at the same
    time...

    Saw 2 emails basically saying:
"Why the hell do WE have to fill out this paperwork... we're busy
enough as it is and we too have too much paperwork to fill out... and
    we are short-handed"
My boss replying at the end of all this: "This is so that we can track
our calls that come into play and organize our staff to better serve
    the company"

The long and short of it was that they bitched about the Work order,
which is already created, and shortcutted on every desktop...and is set
to automatically attach into an email and linked to all of the MIS mail
    boxes... but I degress...

Either way, the problem was fixed, I created the Work Order, emailed it
too them and they will print it off, sign it and we'll sign the rest...
    and file it...

    That was just the beginning....

As I was working on the printer and getting dirtier by the
minute...wearing a white shirt no less and blue jeans... a worker comes
up to me and says that Press 5 computer the keyboard doesn't work... I
walk over, carrying back the 75lb printer because I needed to replace
the above parts.... and took a look at the keyboard, 4 out of 6 pins
were missing.. I started to pull out the keyboard cable and it was
COVERED in oil/grease mixture, luckily I put on some gloves... grabbed
another cable and an extension and replaced it.

    Then the phone rings....

An HR Secretary's mouse isn't working... she's been fooling around with
the batteries for the past 2 hours without calling us for a replacement
or looking for her own... I replace them

Phone rings again... (this one isn't bad, he's a funny guy)

An Engineer needs his new computer...

Gman: <in a gruff voice> You said four hours ago that my computer would be ready, where the fuck is it
Vx: Well you were bumped down in priority... a label priner took your
place and then a set of batteries, double D's bumped you down even
    furthur...
Gman: Ahhh, no problem, lemme know when you can swap them out
    Steve chuckled in the background

Eventually I got things cleared up, computer swapped... as I was
bringing the Label printer to Section H, Jerry was walking my way and
    commented:

Jerry: Ya, I think we had a miscommunication eariler today
Vx: Not a problem, so when are you going to send me that work order?
    Jerry: Oh I'm supposed too?
Vx: That would be nice, thanks..
Jerry: Well, I'll see what I can do

Two hours before my shift ends, no work order.. so I created one and
sent it off too him... I was too tired to write an email, to him, his
boss, his boss's boss and the owner of the company that they have done
to us in the past... meh that's all I say to it.

That was my day... How was yours?

Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex
I finished the Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex DVD's I've been
a fan of Anime ever since Aikira, Vampire Hunter D, Ghost in the Shell
(which was my first Anime/Manga that I had ever seen) It was truly
well-done. I was wondering if they ever made a second 'season' persay
or did that just flow into Ghost in the Shell, Movie 1? Lemme know, I'm
    curious.

Vx going to relax, have a few burgers and listen to Final Fantasy Music as I play some WoW

  • I have decided that you are in your golf frenzie after your buffy phase. - Magicbeanstalk

For those of you that have kept tabs on me through the year(s) of my
Xangian days, you've known that I tend to take things to extremes, call
it passion. call it obsessive complusive. call it addiction. But, when
I start to do something that I enjoy, I put everything I have into it
and the rest be damned :)

I have gone through a few phases in my life. Remember this is just off the top of my head...

    1) Concert phase:  This
phase was between the years 1990 - 1996.  This was when the
original five were still together. By original five, I mean, Dave,
CoderMike, RacerSteve, SlyTrever, and myself (see the Jose Cop
incidient a while back in my posts)  We went to virtually every
concert in Detroit. Saw some good ones: Beck, Bens Folds Five at Pine
Knob. Saw some bad ones: Chumbawumba at Clutch Cargo's (a church turned
into a night-club, really nicely done actually)

    2) Highlander Phase: This phase
has been ongoing ever since I saw the first movie. Then the second
(which I say never exisited, including the creators of Highlander), The
third, The fourth. Then the Series. then the Raven. Then I taped Season
6 of Highlander, lent out those tapes and never saw them again... Then
I bought the DVD's and I was happy again. Then I read that Adrian Paul
was coming back for 3 more Highlander Movies and I was happier :)
(probably because his movie career after he left Season 6 of Highlander
    sucked).

    3) Buffy/Angel Phase:
Now, this phase I have to admit I originally didn't like it until my
asian friend Pete started giving me the video tapes and I started
really watching Buffy. Then I got the DVD's. Then I saw Angel and
thought it was even better than Buffy! Blasphemy I know, but honestly I
thought Angel held its own, even when Cordellia was possessed. Plus the
overall imagery was extremely well done.  But, that's not to say
that Buffy was awful! On the contrary it was raelly well done, even the
    final season.

This could also be combined with Firefly and the whole phase itself
could be called the Joss Whedon phase, for simplicity's sake I won't go
    there.

    4) Star Wars Phase: Now, ever
since I saw the original Star Wars on VHS (I was born in 1979, I
couldn't of seen the originals) I thought that Star Wars was
incredible. So I read the books, saw all the original movies (on VHS
which I still have) Then Lucas smoked some extremely harsh hash and
just went on a mind-bending CGI induced combination that turned a
franchise into a WTF was that! Han didn't shoot first and Joss Wheadon
is my master now t-shirts and turned the Geek world on its ear... Then
Episodes 1 - II were released... Saw all the Digitally re-craptored
Episodes IV - VI... and I shudder to think that yes, the remaster of
quality was incredible but the CG was not needed nor, the extra
    scenes...

I will say this and many may agree... Jar-Jar should of died in SO MANY
ways... all the screen-time that he was given was too much, even for
    those seconds in Episode III.

    5) Fantasy Phase: Way back
when, in college actually, a friend of mine gave me three books.. these
three books would bring me into a world that I knew was there, but
didn't think that I could get into it... I did.  No, it wasn't the
Lord of the Rings Trilogy, it was the Dragonlace Series. By Series I
mean over 200 books (that I own) of the first series... The books are:
Dragons of Autumn Twilight, Dragons of Winter Night, Dragons of Spring
Dawning, written by Margaret Weiss and Tracy Hickmann. Two female
writers that are extremely talented and have written other series that
are not in the Dragonlance sagas.

If you ever look them up, try and find a series called Mag Force
    7.  Its an older series and will probably find them in Used Book
    stores.

I can't read the second series of Dragonlance because i don't care
about the characters not like I did with the first ones :) It's like
asking, who's your favourite sports team and being able to name all of
the Tigers of '84 and not really care about he players of 2005, even
though you still like the Tigers :S

    6) Movie Phase: I have
calculated it out over the years and I believe I have seen over 500
movies in my short life. I have the ticket stubs to prove it.  You
could probably list a movie and 95% chance I've seen it.  If we
are talking the Foreign markets, probably not... Although I own a few
Asian films that I refuse to watch with English dubbing on it, it just
doesn't do it justice. I'll read sub-titles for sure.

    7) Golf: I don't consider this
a phase, per-say I just enjoy it.  I've been playing for over ten
years now, and I went for a lesson day before yesterday... It corrected
my swing and I am launching the ball with greater ease. Now, I just
    have to practice that :)

Oh, yesterday I shot for my first round 63 on the front and 55 on the
back.. My putting KILLED me, I also had a ton of flubbed shots on the
fairways/rough, etc... But I did hit 7 out of 18 fairways with my new
PING G2 driver :) So I'm happy about that.

    8) Webcomic Phase:  I
originally got started after CoderMike got me onto Penny Arcade.
    Then I started reading: PA, PvPOnline.com, MegaTokyo.com,
    Shaw-Island.com, DieselSweeties.com, Reallifecomics.com,
    Falcon-twin.com, Misfile.com, Marilith.com, Aikida.net and a few
    others....

My personal favourites of those are: Penny-Arcade.com, MegaTokyo.com,
    Falcon-twin.com, Marilith.com, PvPOnline.com... to name a few, so check
    them out.

Here are a few more that I'll comment on later
    9) World of Warcraft: ... I'll fill this in later time to go instancing ;)

    10) Stargate SG-1:

    11) Redvsblue.com:

    12) Kyushu-Ryu Jiu-Jitsu

    13) Original Soundtracks (music)

So, now that I've bored you with my 'phases' I'll let you digest them and comment at will :)

  • Its a Greeeaattt Day for Golf!

    One Private Lesson... Gift Certificate
    4 Large buckets... $40
2 blisters... Painful lessons of Golf
1 New pair of golf shoes (onsale) .... $84
    1 Ping G2 Demo Driver.... $275
Re-learning your golf swing to hit it longer, straighter and with more ease......   Priceless

So that's what I did yesterday at the local driving range. My
Dad showed up and I practiced. Exciting huh. But, I had to pick up a
new pair of golf shoes, they were all on sale and after playing with
them for 4 hours, they just fit like a golf and not an OJ golf either
hehe... I also tried out the Ping G2 driver and I hit it well. Now, I
just have to constantly practice my grip, my golf swing and I should be
    able to play better.

First test is today in about 2 hours at Kingsville GC&C. Which is
one of the oldest courses in Southern Ontario. It'll be my first 18 of
the year and we are playing on the original Red / White courses.
In fact they are doing so well that they are building another nine
holes.  Thus they shall have a total of 36 holes on that majestic
    course.

I know you are all just speechless. I left you in awe... (or boredom ;) )

    I'm off, wish me luck

  • Dad's coming down for the weekend... More Golf!

So, I received a 3 video golf lesson package for Christmas (or my birthday, cant remember) I intend to use one on Saturday :)

I know my driving is screwed up... its ok that is... but my irons are
half decent, I just need new shoes... :( I've had these one pairs of
shoes since I started over 10 years ago. If you golf I can safely say
that Footjoys ARE truly THE best shoe for long term..

So I'll have to get another.. and make sure that they fit. The last
pair I got just by looking and I have a wide foot so they didn't quite
fit, I know this because my feet got blisters on the achillies heel
where the back of the shoe rubbed... Not making that mistake twice.

So, Dad will be down, we golf and have dinner.

    Life is good.

Looking for work while in a job... Good or Bad idea?

I'm at a job now, things are going well and yet I apply for other jobs
in my field... Is this a good thing to do or a bad thing? Someone let
me know. I always hate doing this especially when I'm enjoying the job
    that I'm at...

WoW mages... I think we're nerfed.. do you?

These pics are from Yesterday in an UBRS 15man Raid... I'm Fistand btw .. and yes they are accurate :)
